`Visited Fireplace Creations on the advice of our builder. We were looking for a quality, reliable fireplace to enhance, and help heat our remodeled lower level family room. Byron was a big help defining our needs and recommending a model that met all our requirements. Byron is a low pressure adviser and very easy to deal with. Their installer Jeff was equally expert in the best way to install, setup and manage the fireplace. Pricing was also very competitive. What a great company! Travis was the one who came out initially to take measurements and check out the feasibility of installation. Then Jeff, the lead installer and Chris did the installation. Timely, courteous, and great clean up. They did such a nice job. We would recommend them to our friends.
